In the opener, the Alexandra Mosher Diamond Ringers edged the Outback 4 – 3.
Outback jumped out to a 2 – 0 First Period lead with goals from Jon Talbot, and JM Tremblay.
The Alexandra Mosher Diamond Ringers would draw level with 2 goals of their own in the Second Period, Adrian Stromberg and Darren Maksymetz both found the back of the net.
In the Third and Final Period, the Alexandra Mosher Diamond Ringers took the lead when Scott Shannon scored, but Outback drew level with Tremblay’s second goal of the game, but Ryan Marshall would score for the Alexandra Mosher Diamond Ringers and that would prove to be the winner.
Spine and Sport 5 Appleby 0
In the nightcap Spine and Sport defeated Appleby 5 – 0.
Andrew Bonner would lead Spine and Sport to victory with two goals, while Matt Ingleman, Scott Brown, and Craig Macneil all added a goal each.
