A total of 18 goals were scored in the latest round of the Bermuda Ball Hockey League season at the PCC Hockey Rink.
Frontier 2 Liberty Mutual Insurance 7
Liberty Mutual Insurance scored two goals in the first two periods and three in the third to defeat the Frontier 7 – 2.
Shane Matchett led the Liberty Mutual Insurance to victory scoring a hat-trick, with Chad Cundliffe, Tripp Davies, Matt Mcphail, and Anthony Kapsimalis all adding a goal each. Frontier got off to a flying start as Christopher Merritt scored the first two goals of the game.
Positive Image Dental 5 Spine and Sport 4
In the nightcap, the Positive Image Dental needed a shootout goal to edge the Spine and Sport 5 – 4. The Shootout goal came off the stick of Jeff Loper.
In regulation time the Positive Image Dental got two goals each from Chris Allington and Marcel Bouwens, while the Spine and Sport got single strikes from Robbie Bailey, Andrew Bonner, Jeffrey Ingelman, and Matt Ingelman.
