York faced off against Queens in a dominating fashion. In the first quarter, York scored early, midfielder Amira Brar scored an unassisted goal in the first four minutes of the game. York played fantastic defense for the rest of the quarter. They prevented Queens from getting on the scoreboard resulting in a 1-0 lead for York.

In the second quarter, unfortunately, the York defense faltered, and Queens were able to get an unassisted goal late from Mairead Corrigan, resulting in a tie game.

The third quarter was intense, with neither team scoring. The score was at a stalemate of 1-1.

In the fourth quarter, York turned up the intensity and strived to break the tie, and they did so successfully scoring back to back goals. In the 8th minute of the fourth midfielder Natalie Winter scored an unassisted goal, followed by Brar's second goal of the game in the 12th minute. The York defense prevented Queens from answering back, ending the game with a score of 3-1.
