A spectacular sunrise was the opening scene for the inaugural World Triathlon Cup in South Korea, where Great Britain’s Beth Potter dominated the Women’s race to secure World Cup Gold, while Bermuda Erica Hawley crossed the line 13th.
Potter covered the sprint-distance course clocking a time of 56:25, while Hawley was clocked at 57:53.
Hawley came out of the water following the 750m Swim with a time of 9:38, Hawley then clocked a time of 29:25 over the 20km Bike Course, before closing out with a 5K Run time of 17:27.
