An emotional Emma Lombardi won the Women’s Under 23 World Championships in just under two hours in Edmonton, clocking 1:59:48.

Erica Hawley finished 22nd overall, with a time of 2:05:24, Hawley clocked 20:05 on the Swim, 1:04:25 on the Bike Course, and 39:17 on the Run Course.
A finely timed effort from Csongor Lehmann saw the Hungarian go one better than his 2019 Silver to win the U23 World title at the World Triathlon Championship Finals Edmonton.
Lehmann clocked a time of 1:46:47, while Tyler Smith finished 19th with a time of 1:51:07, Smith clocked 18:52 on the Swim, 56:46 on the Bike, and then he clocked 34:11 on the Run Course.
