Tyler Butterfield has finished 5th in the Challenge Cancun 113K Pro Elite Division.
Butterfield would clock an overall time of 3:57:21, he finished 10:45 behind the overall winner Javier Gomez who clocked 3:46:36.
Ruedi Wild finished second with a time of 3:50:37, and Andy Potts who won the 2007 Escape to Bermuda Triathlon finished third with a time of 3:51:13.
Butterfield clocked a time of 27:32 on the 1.9km Swim, 2:05:46 over the 90km Bike Course, before closing out with a time of 1:19:38 on the 21km Run course.
