Mosquera Finishes 3rd in Hurricane Junior Tournament

Sienna Mosquera of Port Royal Golf Course, Bermuda continues to show promise placing 3rd in the Hurricane Junior Tournament at Fernandina Beach Golf Course in Florida.
Mosquera shot 5-over par for the final round which catapulted her within 3 shots of the winner, settling for 3rd place.
Mosquera stepped outside her comfort zone by competing in the Moongate Tournament at Port Royal off of the Championship Tees with the top male players. This type of competition on island is obviously preparing her when home.
A spokesperson shared, "The field was competitive with players equally matched. Sienna's solid 2nd round play enabled her to make up ground.
"Mosquera’s drives were averaging 230 yards and she kept to her game plan. She averaged 1.6 putts per hole and on the final round her short game was especially sharp making 14 pars in 18 holes shooting 77 (+5 )."
