Augustus said, “First day was a bit rough, cold, and windy, but I let a couple of things get to me that I shouldn’t have allowed to get to me.
I allowed myself to get frustrated and that was the reason for my poor Back Nine.
In the Second Round, I didn’t necessarily hit it any better but I didn’t allow myself to get frustrated. I stayed in the moment and stuck to my game plan.
I didn’t lose focus or allow my frustrations with my game to keep me from making mental eras. There’s always work to be done and room for improvement and I will continue to improve my game. It’s a grind and a process but I love it.”
