More Than 375 per Day Approved for Butterfield Bermuda Championship

The Butterfield Bermuda Championship is fast approaching and islandstats.com has teamed up with Tournament organizers to bring you updates as it relates to the event scheduled for October 28th – 31st.

As a standalone event in 2021, the 2021 Butterfield Bermuda Championship field size will be expanded from 120 to 132 players with 500 FedExCup points being awarded to the winner and an increased purse of $6.5 million. The field features a minimum of four Bermudians who gain entry via a Local Qualifying event.

Butterfield Bermuda Championship Operations Director Danielle Biaunco has cleared up the mis-reporting that indicated that the Butterfield Bermuda Championship will be limited to 375 persons per day because of Covid restriction.

Biaunco who joined the Buterfield Bermuda Championship live Show this morning indicated that there are 375 General Admission tickets available per day, with Sunday Sold Out, while Saturday has less than 75 remaining.

Thursday and Friday both have just under 200 general tickets available.

However there are Hospitality Tickets available.

Digicel Business Ocean Club, will see fans enjoying the picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean and the signature 16th hole at Port Royal Golf Course.

There is also the Longtail Hospitality Tents as well which face the 9th and 18th Greens.
