The 2024 Harness Pony Racing Champions of Champions event was held at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street.
Final Standings for the Champion of Champions saw, Special Gold clock the fastest time of 1:02 flat, to record a combined time of 4:12&0, Double Time was second with a combined time of 4:16&0, finishing third was Rockeyed Optimist who clocked 4:16&1.
SomeGoldSomeWhere was fourth clocking a time of 4:16&4, fifth place went to Gold-N-Glory clocking 4:21&4, and finishing in sixth was War Machine who scratched in the 4th Heat due to injury, the pony was in 1st place.
A separate sponsored Timebar Class was 1:06/0 - 1:07/4 sponsored by Sports R Us which also combined times from 4 heats over the 4 days.
Finishing first was Smart Machine with a time of 4:23&3, second place went to Inwood's Realist who had a time of 4:27&0, Itsallaboutme was third clocking 4:27&1.
There was a tie between 4th and 5th which was decided by fastest time run over the four heats, so fourth place went to Kool The Fire with a combined time of 4:30&4, and Reel Desire finished in fifth place with a time of 4:30&4.
