Casey Truran and his Savannah College of Arts and Design (SCAD) Equestrian teammates were named the Champions at the IHSA Zone 5 Finals at home.
They were named the Champion with 48 points. The College of Charleston was the Reserve Champion with 37 points. Both teams have qualified for IHSA Nationals on May 3rd – 7th in Harrisburg, Pa.
Truran and his SCAD equestrian teammates are now eligible to compete in the American National Riding Commission (ANRC) National Equitation Championships. The ANRC event is an invitational championship that includes collegiate, junior, and adult amateur teams. The Championship is scheduled to take place at Centenary University, New Jersey from April 14th – 16th.
The Bermuda Equestrian Federation extends its congratulations to Casey Truran and the entire SCAD Equestrian Team.
