Lizzy Medeiros and her Berry College Equestrian teammates continued their trip to Lynchburg, Virginia competing against Lynchburg.
Berry competed head-to-head against Liberty's Western team and won 4-2. Rette Solomon, Taylor McIntosh, and Grace Bowers were the three Western riders for Berry and each won their point in horsemanship. Solomon was named the Most Outstanding Player in horsemanship.
In the ranch riding, Solomon won her point. Geiser also competed in the beginner class and took second.
In the Hunt Seat Competition against the University of Lynchburg, Madeiros, Marcelene Leverett, and Maddie Rahe were the three riders for a point on the Flat, with Madeiros also taking the point in Over Fences giving Berry a 4-2 victory over the University of Lynchburg.
Madeiros was named Most Outstanding Rider on the Flat.
