Eric Lambert and his Mount Saint Vincent University Menís Basketball teammates were back on their home floor and also back in the win column and led the game from start to finish defeating Mount Allison 77 - 68.
Led by rookie star Isaac Matheson with 17 points and Will Spaulding with 13, Mount Saint Vincent moved their record to above .500 and in sole possession of the third place in the ACAA standings.
The Mount Saint Vincent bench was also a major contributor to the win with a 27-10 advantage over Mount Allison. Off the bench, Adam Callaghan went 3-4 from the three-point line and chipped in with 13 points, while second-year guard Lyon McLean shot 3-3 from behind the arc and scored 9, and Lambert came off the bench playing four minutes, he went 0-1 from Field, he grabbed 2 Rebounds, and 1 Assist.
Mount Allison was led by ACAA scoring leader Noah McCarthy who played almost the entire game and dropped 33 points, including threes, foul shots, and at the basket, but it wasn't enough.
