David Patrick the Oklahoma Men's Basketball Associate Head Coach and his team rolled to a 72-62 victory over West Virginia.
Tanner Groves scored 21 points, brother Jacob Groves added 12 helping Oklahoma ended a four-game skid while West Virginia stretched its losing streak to four.
With the game going back and forth Oklahoma took the lead for good with 12:10 remaining in the first half and built a 30-22 halftime advantage. Oklahoma stretched it to 63-46 with 6:28 remaining.
West Virginia pulled to 68-62 with 59 seconds to play but didn't get closer. Oklahoma made 18 consecutive free throws and finished 21 of 22 from the line.
