A nail-bitter and a blowout resulted in 236 total points in the latest round of the Bermuda Basketball Association’s Winter League seasons at the Somerserfield Academy Gymnasium.
The opener was decided by two points as the Hamilton City Twisters defeated the Pembroke Skyforce 59 – 57. Stevey Brown-Darrell led the Hamilton parish Twisters to victory with 17 points, while Jason Lowe scored a game high 20 points for the Pembroke Skyforce.
Game two saw the Hamilton Parish Rockets defeat the Warwick Rimrockers 73 – 47. Omar Wolfe scored a game high 28 points for the Hamilton Parish Rockets, while Shannon Thompson scored 21 points for the Warwick Rimrockers.
