Briercrest College travelled to face Kieron Burgess and his Medicine Hat College Men’s Basketball teammates and picked up a 103 – 83 win.
Briercrest College held a 25 point lead at the end of the First Quarter after outscoring Burgess and Medicine Hat College 35 – 10, Medicine Hat College would score 23 points in the Second Quarter and restrict Briercrest College to 18, but they had a lead of 53 – 33.
In the Third Quarter Medicine Hat College would score 25 points to Briercrest College’s 20 as they went into the Final Quarter with the score 73 – 58, but in the Final Quarter Briercrest College scored 30 points and held Medicine Hat College to 25 points.
Burgess scored 25 points for Medicine Hat in 34 minutes of action, Burgess went 9 from 18 from the Field including 1 from 2 from behind the Three Point Line. Burgess also went 6 from 6 from the Free Throw Line, he would grab 11 Rebounds to go along with 4 Assist and 4 Steals.
