Chris Estwanik and Gayle Lindsay are the 2019 Bacardi 8K Road Race Male and Female Champions.
Prior to the start of the race some competitors were excited with having 5 Time World Xterra Champion Flora Duffy in the field.
Estwanik made it three wins in three races in 2019 when he was clocked across the line in a time of 26:27, Spencer Butterfield was second stopping the clock in a time of 28:49, while finishing in third was 2004 Carifta Games 3000 meters Silver Medalist Cody Lima who eas clocked at 29:26.
Lindsay was 11th overall clocking a time of 33:19, the second female finisher and 13th overall was Maddie Durkin clocking 33:36 and one spot back was the third female finisher Rose-Anna Hoey who had a time of 33:55.
