The Bermuda Half Marathon Derby Committee is pleased to inform the community that registration for the 2026 Bermuda Half Marathon Derby sponsored by AIG will officially open on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
Registration will be available online only at www.bermudamarathon.bm
The 2026 Derby, taking place Friday May 22nd, marks the 117th running of the Derby and promises an enhanced race-day experience, building on the event’s rich legacy of endurance, national pride, and community spirit.
Derby President, Dr. Gina Tucker shared, “The Bermuda Half Marathon Derby has always been about more than race day - it’s about community, resilience, and showing up for something bigger than ourselves. As we look ahead to 2026, I’m inviting runners of all levels to be part of what will be a truly special year for the Derby. This race continues to evolve, and this year will be especially memorable for the Committee as I, the Derby Committee President of over 20 years, will be passing the baton.
I am incredibly proud to help steward the Derby through its next chapter - one that celebrates our legacy, while setting the stage for the Derby’s future, one with the invigorated energy and innovation that I am certain will continue to elevate this iconic race.”
Participants are encouraged to register early, as prices will increase monthly.
Additionally, limited tickets for the Derby Ferry to the start line will be available for purchase with your registration. Race participants should note that Number Pickup will be hosted on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 at AIG, with further details, including exact location, to follow.
