Bermudian middle-distance standout Dage Minors continued his winter road campaign with a solid performance at the Telford 10K in Shropshire, England.
Minors, representing Bristol & West AC, crossed the finish line in 30:42, securing 74th place in an elite field renowned for producing some of the fastest times in the United Kingdom.
Known for its flat, two-lap layout through Telford Town Park, the race lived up to its reputation as a "PB factory". Minors' time placed him within a highly competitive bracket, finishing just over a minute behind race winner Bentley, who claimed victory in a personal best of 28:53.
The performance marks another consistent outing for the 29-year-old, who has enjoyed a productive 2025 season. Earlier this year, Minors set a 10-kilometre personal best of 30:24 while winning the AJ Bell Great Bristol Run.
The Telford result serves as a strong conclusion to a landmark year for the Bermudian. In addition to his road racing success, Minors was recently inducted into the Franklin Pierce University Athletics Hall of Fame in recognition of his decorated collegiate career and international achievements.
Having already achieved a 5K personal best of 14:30 in Cardiff this May, Minors appears to be carrying significant momentum into the 2026 track season.
