 Robin Selley IslandStats.com Bermuda's Archers continued their pursuit of excellence on day two of the Vegas Shoot 2025, the world's largest indoor archery tournament. Camerin Pickering, Jaydon Roberts, Robin Selley, and Robert O'Connor once again took to the line, showcasing their skills on the international stage.
The demanding competition, attracting archers from around the globe, tested the Bermudian athletes' focus and consistency.
Jaydon Roberts delivered another impressive round, scoring 281 and maintaining his strong position in the Recurve Flights Division. After two rounds, Roberts sits in 20th place with a total score of 563.
Camerin Pickering shot a second-round score of 277, placing him 38th overall with a total of 556. He remains determined to improve his standing in the remaining rounds.
Robert O'Connor scored 224 in his second round, bringing his total score to 438. He finished the day in 319th place and will be looking to build on his experience in the final rounds. Jackson Mirich continues to lead the Recurve Flights Division with an impressive overall score of 585.
Robin Selley, competing in the Recurve Young Adult Female Division, delivered a strong second-round performance, scoring 279. This brought her total score to 564 out of 600, a personal best, and placed her in sixth position. Selley's consistent shooting has positioned her well for the final day of competition.
The Vegas Shoot 2025 is a marathon event, testing the archers' mental and physical endurance. The Bermuda team's continued participation highlights their commitment to the sport and their desire to compete at the highest level.
