The tournament, known for its scale and competitive intensity, draws archers from across the globe, making it a significant challenge and a valuable opportunity for Bermuda's representatives.

Robin Selley was the first Bermudian to compete, participating in the Recurve Young Adult Female Division. Selley showcased her skills in the First Round, shooting 30 arrows and achieving a score of 285 out of a possible 300. This placed her 5th in the division after the first round, 12 points behind the leader, Madelyn Yi, who shot an impressive 297. Selley's performance provides a solid foundation as she progresses through the competition.

Later, Camerin Pickering, Jaydon Roberts, and Robert O'Connor entered the Recurve Flights Division, a highly competitive category. These archers also shot 30 arrows, aiming for a maximum score of 300 on a 40cm target. The division features a large field of 414 archers, highlighting the scale of the tournament.

Jaydon Roberts delivered a strong performance, scoring 282 and finishing the round in 19th place, putting him in a good position heading into the second round. Pickering shot 279, securing 34th place after the first round. Robert O'Connor shot a score of 214, placing 337th as he looks to improve in the subsequent rounds. Jackson Mirich currently leads the Recurve Flights Division with 291 points.

The Vegas Shoot 2025 is a multi-day event, and the Bermuda archers will continue to compete and strive for their best results. The tournament provides invaluable experience and exposure for the athletes, contributing to the growth of archery in Bermuda.
