The Bermuda Field Hockey Federation league season resumed with a flourish at the National Sports Center, as the Ravens and Griffins secured convincing victories in their respective matches.
Budgies 0 Ravens 2
The Ravens controlled the game against the Budgies, earning a 2-0 win. Megan Troake opened the scoring in the 22nd minute with a well-taken field goal.
The Ravens continued to press for a second goal, and their efforts were rewarded in the 53rd minute when Jessica Hollis converted a penalty corner to secure the victory.
Pink Robins 1 Griffins 4
The Griffins were also in dominant form, defeating the Pink Robins 4-1. Euan Forster gave the Griffins an early lead with a field goal in the 5th minute. Aaron Lee doubled the advantage in the 31st minute with another field goal.
The Griffins continued their offensive onslaught in the second half, with Naina Seth scoring in the 46th minute, followed by Owen Curley just one minute later. The Pink Robins managed to pull a goal back in the 54th minute through Liz Stewart, but it was merely a consolation as the Griffins cruised to victory.
