Bernard’s Park hosted a Bermuda Netball Association Senior League double-header, with Dockies and Storm both recording victories.
In the first match, Dockies proved too strong for Hamilton Parish, winning comfortably 45-13.
Meg Sherwin led the Dockies' attack with an impressive 36 goals, earning her the Best Attacker award. Sam Burrows added 9 goals, Ciara Izuchukwu was named Best Defender, and Emma Hickey took home the MVP award.
For Hamilton Parish, Alexia Pascal scored 7 goals and was named Best Attacker, Kiara Francis added 5 goals and was Best Defender, Kayla Burgess scored once, and De'meah Iris was the team's MVP.
The second match of the evening saw Storm overcome Phoenix Heat 35-29.
Nabiilah Nasir led the Storm to victory with 22 goals, earning her the Best Attacker award. Zakiyah Durham added 10 goals and was named MVP, SheNova Edwards scored 3 times, and Debre Evans was the team’s Best Defender.
Phoenix Heat's attack was led by Keizhari Knight and K'Xiyae Gibbons, who both scored 13 goals and shared the Best Attacker award. Eshe Grant scored three times, Asante Chapman was named Best Defender and MVP.
