Turks and Caicos Islands were looking to build on their strong start after a 3-0 win against Anguilla. Canada, meanwhile, began their 19th appearance in the final round of qualifying, boasting a strong historical record in the competition.
Canada started brightly and established a commanding 4-0 lead by halftime. André Ali-Gayapersad opened the scoring in the 10th minute, followed by Owen Graham-Roache doubling the lead eight minutes later. Olusola Jimoh made it 3-0 in the 23rd minute, and then Kevin Khan converted a penalty on the stroke of halftime to make it 4-0.
Canada continued their dominance in the second half. Marius Aiyenero added a fifth goal in the 85th minute, and Sergei Kozlovskiy completed the rout in the 89th minute, sealing a comprehensive 6-0 victory for Canada.
