IslandStats.com
The Bermuda Equestrian Federation has selected four riders to represent Bermuda at the 2024-2025 Grand Caraibe International Jumping Competition in Suriname from November 22nd to 24th.

Kayla Bardgett, Sierra Wolffe, Emma Kempe, and Kimoy Cruickshank will compete against riders from Suriname, Bahamas, Antigua, Cayman Islands, Martinique, Jamaica, and Guadeloupe. This will be Cruickshank's third appearance at the Grand Caraibe competition, while Bardgett, Wolffe, and Kempe will each be making their second appearance.

The competition format involves riding loaned horses and spans two days. The first day features a speed class with varying jump heights, and the second day consists of "Jump-Off" classes at various heights.

The Bermuda Equestrian Federation wishes the team the best of luck in Suriname as they compete against top riders from across the Caribbean region.

The Bermuda riders will be coached by Bermuda Grand Prix rider Raishun Burch who also serves as Bermuda’s Team manager.
