Bermuda Under 20 Women’s Head Coach Aaron Denkins told www.islandstats.com, “I am really excited with the draw results, there are no easy matches at this level.
CONCACAF and the BFA have done a lot for women’s Football over the past years in regard to the frequency and quality of games so the opponents are not new to the current group of Under 20 players.
This just gives them a chance to go out on the field and show how we have progressed as a country.”
Bermuda Football Association President Mark Wade told www.islandstats.com, "It's a tough draw for us. Being in Pot 3. Canada and Trinidad are historically strong teams in our region but we expect to be competitive and challenge for a place in the next round."
The Bermuda squad is expected to feature a number of talented players, including Katherine Bean Rosario, Robin-Valana Pearman, Camryn Lines, Christia Lugo, and Taya Rodrigues.
