Ryan Outerbridge and the Franklin Pierce University Men's Cross Country team competed in the highly competitive 2024 Northeast-10 Conference Championships, hosted by Franklin Pierce at the Hopkinton State Fair Grounds.
While Southern Connecticut State University ultimately captured the Men's Team Title, Outerbridge delivered an outstanding individual performance.
In the men's 8k race, Franklin Pierce secured a commendable fourth-place finish out of 11 competing teams, accumulating 117 points overall.
Outerbridge led Franklin Pierce, crossing the finish line in sixth place with an impressive time of 25:20.39. His performance earned him a spot on the NE10 All-Conference First Team, a testament to his exceptional athleticism and dedication.
Following Outerbridge, sophomore Angel Mendo Alonso delivered a strong performance for Franklin Pierce, finishing 26th with a time of 26:27.08. Senior Logan Mihelich was close behind in 28th place, clocking in at 26:33.97.
Freshman Sam Fortin continued to impress in his debut season, securing 31st place with a time of 26:47.63. Rounding out the scoring for Franklin Pierce were junior Declan Morgan in 35th place and Liam Doherty in 36th.
