Liana De Medeiros and her University of Toronto Varsity Blues Women's Cross Country teammates reached the podium at the Don Mills Open, hosted by the Waterloo Warriors.
Led by a gold-medal finish from OUA reigning individual champion Julia Agostinelli who clocked 21:11, the University of Toronto Women placed second overall with 49 points, just behind her former Guelph Gryphons team who had 40 points and ahead of the host Warriors who had 53 points.
De Medeiros was the third University of Toronto runner to cross the line and 12th, overall with a time of 22:57.
