De Medeiros Competes in Vigars & Salter Western Invitational

Liana De Medeiros and her University of Toronto Varsity Women’s Cross Country teammates kicked off their 2024 season at the Vigars & Salter Western Invitational at Thames Valley Golf Club in London, Ontario.
The Women's 8km race saw the University of Toronto Varsity team finish fifth overall out of 11 teams, with a total score of 124 points.
Fourth-year Guelph Gryphons transfer Julia Agostinelli was the top performer for University of Toronto, crossing the finish line in 30:01 to secure second place overall. De Medeiros finished 33rd with a time of 32:18.
