 The first day of the final qualifying event for the Paris 2024 Olympics saw two Races take place in the ILCA 7 Fleet with 61 sailors competing - where four Olympic places are available - but Oskar Madonich of Ukraine could make himself a very popular winner if he holds on to first place in the ILCA 7. Madinich shares the lead with Bermuda’s Campbell Patton both have 7 points, Patton finished 6th in the first race and won the second race.
Sebastian Kempe came off the water in 9th place with 30 points, after finishes of 13th, and 17th, while Benn Smith finished 28th with 62 points, he had finishes of 30th and 32nd.
