Taylor Carrick and his Western University Men’s Squash teammates continued competing in the College Squash Association National Collegiate Men’s Team Championships.
The championships are being hosted by Trinity at the Kellner Squash Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
Carrick and his teammates went down to Columbia University 5 – 4 in their Semi-Final.
Carrick was back in action in the number 5 spot, he would go another five games, but this time he fell 3 – 2 against Franklyn Smith.
Smith won the first game 11-9, but Carrick leveled the match at 1 – 1 when he won the second game 11-2.
Smith went back in front 2 – 1 when he won the third game 11-9, Carrick would draw the match level for a second time winning the fourth game 11-7.
In the fifth and final game Smith picked up the win 11-9.
