Play in the Bermuda Snooker league season resumed with action in the Tony DeSilva Memorial Cup and league play taking place.
Tony DeSilva Memorial Cup - 1st round
Richard Burton defeated Zane DeSilva 2-0 at Warwick Workmen’s Club, It was Burton who took the 1st game, narrowly closing out DeSilva 48-36 on the pink and black.
Burton then seemed to grow in confidence as he finished the match strongly, completing the victory, 68-21.
Burton now advances to the 2nd round where he will face snooker veteran, Tyler Moniz.

Tyler Moniz made it 2 for Spanish Point Boat Club Two, when he defeated Spanish Point Boat Club One captain, Stewart Greenslade in an epic frame, clinching it on the pink and black, 40-31.
Spanish Point Boat Club Two captain and reigning Bermuda Open Champion made it 3, overcoming Spanish Point Boat Club One’s Todd Dziak in the 1st of 2 games, 62-40
Dziak got Spanish Point Boat Club One on the board in the 2nd of the 2 games, however, narrowly defeating Orr on the black, 58-51.
Spanish Point Boat Club Two duo Wotton and Moniz sealed the 4-1 win when they beat Spanish Point Boat Club One's Greenslade and Alan Smith 55-29.
Spanish Point Boat Club Two maintains their 3-point lead over defending champions, Sandys Boat Club at the top of the table.
Sandys Boat Club 4 RAA 1Peter Bromby gave Sandys Boat Club an early lead when he defeated RAA Captain, Jacal Washington, 52-39 in the 1st of 2 games.
Washington bounced back in the 2nd to level the match at 1 – 1 when he defeated Bromby 43-21.
In a spectacular return to form, Sandys Boat Club captain, Martin Siese completely subdued RAA's Jelani Hollis in his best performance of the season, taking the next game, 82-25
The doubles were played next and saw Sandys Boat Club duo, Paul Fedden, and Peter Bromby overcome RAA's Kyle Williams and Hollis, 48-25.
It was Fedden who sealed the victory for Sandys Boat Club, when he defeated RAA's Williams in the final game, 50-18.
