Martin Siese gave Sandy's an early lead when he defeated Warwick's Gary Bascombe 62-50, Paul Fedden increased on that lead in the 2nd game with a convincing win over Warwick's Richard Burton by 67-29.
Kidd Mouchette drew Warwick level when he defeated Sandy's Peter Bromby, winning both of their games, 59-50 & 59-20.
In the Doubles, the pairing of Fedden & Siese sealed the match for Sandy's when they overcame Warwick's Bascombe/Burton 52-17.
Spanish Point Boat Club One 3 Watford Sports Club 2
Aaron Bean gave Watford the lead when he won the 1st of 2 games against Spanish Point's Chris Dakin 63-21, Dakin came back in the next game however to win 46-21 to level the match at 1 – 1.
Todd Dziak put Spanish Point ahead when he defeated Watford's Winslow Smith 43-25, that was followed by Stewart Greenslade’s win to give Spanish Point a 3 – 1 lead when he defeated Watford's Keino Zuill by 43-31.
Zuill/Smith got a one back for Watford in the doubles when they overcame Spanish Point's Greenslade/Dziak 54-40.
Warwick Workman’s Club Two 4 Sandys Boat Club Two 1
Mike Zimmerman gave Warwick an early 2 game lead when he saw off Sandy's Chris Bromby 52-31 & 63-25, Ray Desilva kept the ball rolling in the next game when he defeated Sandy's Tyler Siese 43-33.
Building further on that success, Warwick's Steven Bremar defeated Sandy's Owen Siese 64-17, however the whitewash was averted for Sandy's when Siese/Siese salvaged a point, defeating Warwick's Bremar/Desilva 44-36.
Spanish Point Boat Club 4 RAA 1
Billy Wotton gave Spanish Point the lead when he won the 1st of 2 games against RAA's Kyle Williams 65-3, Williams then bounced back for RAA to level the match when he defeated Wotton 72-36.
Spanish Point's Tyler Moniz put them in front again when he defeated RAA's Fred Richardson 67-55, Spanish Point's John Orr extended that lead further, defeating RAA's Jacal Washington 73-19.
Moniz/Orr sealed a 4-1 win for Spanish Point when they defeated Washington/Richardson 66-57 in the doubles.
