Rivers Breaks the Bermuda Indoor Pole Vault Record

Grant Rivers represented North Carolina State University on the first day at the Virginia Tech Elite breaking the Bermuda Pole Vault Record again.

Rivers is one of several Bermuda Track & Field athletes competing in College and University as www.islandstats.com continues to bring you updates.

Rivers as we reported last weekend broke the Bermuda Indoor Record competing in the 2019 Clemson Tiger Paw Pole Vault.

Rivers finished 21st with a top leap of 4.26m or 13 feet 11.75 inches.

This weekend Rivers would go higher winning the Men’s Pole Vault with a Personal Best leap of 4.40m or 14 feet 5.25 inches.

Rivers would also finish 5th competing in the Men’s 60m Hurdles Preliminaries clocking a time of 8.76, Rivers pulled out of the Final.
