Following their 2 – 1 defeat at the hands of El Salvador, Bermuda’s Squash players ended the Pan American Games Team event in 12th place.
Player coach Nicholas Kyme said, “It was unfortunate that they could not pull off the win on the final day, unfortunately I pulled my groin when I felt complete in control of the match leading 1 – 0.”
“Overall we finished were we was seeded, but we all felt we could have done better, in some different conditions, but we represented Bermuda to the best of our ability and we are looking for the chance to compete again soon,” concluded Kyme.
