Micah Franklin began competing in the $11,000 Men's Movember Saskatoon Boast Squash Open 2018 in Saskatoon, Canada.
In his opening round match, Franklin would take on the tournament 8th seed Fernando Magdaleno from Mexico.
Franklin needed 49 minutes to defeat the 8th seed in four games and advance.
Magdaleno won the first game 12-10, but then Franklin ran out 11-9, 11-7, 11-4 in the three games to win.
