It was a mixed opening day at the $11,000 Men's APM Kelowna Open 2018, at the Global Fitness & Racquet Centre, Kelowna, in Canada for Bermuda’s two Professional Squash players.
Both Noah Browne and Micah Franklin took to the court for First Round action, Browne would advance, but Franklin would bow out.
Browne defeated Brock Janzer from Canada in four games that took 44 minutes, 11-8, 11-8, 9-11, 11-9.
Franklin would go down to Leandro Romiglio from Argentina in a five game battle 11-2, 10-12, 5-11, 11-8, 11-4 in a match that took 54 minutes.
