Franklin received some good advice for the second and started very strongly and held his focus for the entire second game to level the match at 1 - 1 winning 11 - 7.
Zarazua came out all guns blazing in the third and was firing the ball in for winners at every opportunity. He built and held a sizable lead and frustrated the Bermudian throughout the third winning 11 - 4.
The fourth remained close for the first few points but Franklin's focus was wearing and he began to give up some cheap errors at the end of grueling rallies. His frustration was evident by the end after letting the much lower ranked opponent best him this night falling 11 - 6.
