The PHC Zebras scored four times in the first 18 minutes to take control of this Final, Kynde Mallory scored in the 3rd and 6th minute to give the PHC Zebras a 2 – 0 lead, Tyler Welch added a header in the 13th minute and then in the 18th minute, Zaire Weller would score from a 30-yard free-kick.
Caleb McDowell from the Warwick Archers pulled a goal back in the 43rd minute, McDowell would find the back of the net again in the 55th minute converting from the penalty spot after the PHC Zebras goalkeeper Jerez Eve was sent off for violent conduct. The game saw another red card in the 90th minute when the Warwick Archers goalkeeper Joshua Roberts was sent off for a foul denying a goal-scoring opportunity.
