The Futsal Mini-League kicked off inside the CedarBridge Academy Gymnasium.
A full slate of matches took place with a total of 40 goals were scored entertaining the crowd in attendance.
In a match that saw six goals scored the Blue team and the Black team played to a 3 – 3 draw. Cairo Tucker scored a hat-trick for the Blue team, while Xyior Basden, Nathan Carreiro and Nizeko Outerbridge all scored a goal each for the Black team.
Hamel Anderson and Azai Dyer scored two goals each to lead the Navy team to a 4 – 2 win over the Red team, who got single strikes from Amir Johnson and Rajee Knight.
Cayden Waldron scored twice to guide the Grey team to a 2 – 0 victory over the White team, the Yellow team then defeated the Navy team 4 – 0. Malik Paynter scored twice, while Norico Furbert and Masaki Kitade added a goal each.
The Red team edged the Grey team 2 – 1 in the next match, the Red team got single strikes from Harlem Bean-Fox and Amir Johnson, while Roque Roberts scored for the Grey team.
Cade Thompson and Cairo Tucker scored a goal each to lead the Blue team to a 2 – 1 win over the Navy team, Markus Exe scored for the Navy team. Only one goal was scored in the Black team against the White team match, with Sonny Bailey scoring for the Black team.
The Yellow team defeated the Grey team 4 – 1, Norico Furbert scored a hat-trick and Malik Paynter added the other for the Yellow team, while Roque Roberts scored the lone goal for the Grey team.
Xave Smith scored twice to lead the White team to a 4 – 0 win over the Blue team, Jayla Peets-Butterfield and Cais Rogers added a goal each. The Black team defeated the Navy team 1 – 0, with Roydon Grant scoring the lone goal of the game.
In the final game of the day the Blue team edged the Red team 3 – 2, Cairo Tucker scored a hat-trick to lead the Blue team to victory, while Harlem Bean-Fox and Amir Johnson scored a goal each for the Red team.
