Bermuda continued competing in the ITF/COTECC Under 12 Team Tournament in the Dominican Republic.
The Bermuda team of Dexter Snaith, Jaden Jones and Hasan Khan took on Bahamas in the third place Play-off match.
Khan took to the court first and gave Bermuda a 1 – 0 lead when he won his match in straight sets 7-5, 6-1.
Following this match the heavens opened creating a five-hour rain delay.
When play did resume, Jones went down in straight sets 6-2, 6-3.
Another heavy rain shower arrived again, with officials deciding to give both teams third play, as darkness was setting in, both teams had been at the court for twelve hours and the doubles had not started.
