www.islandstats.com can reveal that another Bermuda official has been selected to officiate in another CONCACAF Tournament.
We can report that Natasha Trott has returned from her historic tour of duty at the 2022 FIFA Women’s Under-17 World Cup Qualifiers, and now we can report that Stefan Maybury has been selected to take part in the 2022 CONCACAF Men’s Under-20 Championship Qualifiers, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Head of Referee’s Crenstant Williams said, “This young man is the definition of perseverance, he was selected as a match official for CONCACAF’s Under 15 Tournament in 2019, then tore his ACL which required surgery, he then had to rehabilitate for an entire year.
Covid-19 hit and interrupted our football season. In spite of all of that, he worked exceptionally hard and was selected to officiate in the CFU Under 14 tournament in August 2021.
Now he’s off again on international duty. What can I say ….. Hard work pays off.”
