Haiti took the lead in the 23rd minute as Frantzdy Pierrot scored, the lead was doubled in the 28th minute when Pierrot scored again, Pierrot would complete his hat-trick in the 34th minute to put Haiti up 3 – 0.
In the second half Bermuda made several changes looking to get back into the match, and they did just that in the 79th minute when Nahki Wells rounded the goalkeeper and scored, but Haiti would restore their three goal lead in the 87th minute when Duckens Nazon converted from the penalty spot.
