Q. What is something many people don’t know about you?

A.
I never intended to be a long distance runner, I wanted to do 800m or 1500m.

Q. How did you first get involved in your Sport?

A. By having to compete for my school.

Q. Do you have a particular Sports idol?

A.
No

Q. When did you realize that you wanted Compete Internationally?

A.
It wasn’t something I realized the opportunity presented itself and I took it.

Q. What do you feel needs the most improvement?

A.
My pace judgement.

Q. Which do you feel needs the least improvement?

A.
My finishing in a race.

Q. What one moment in your Sport to date are you most proud of?

A.
My 4th place finish in the 3000m race last year.

Q. What are your goals for the rest of Year?

A.
Medal at Carifta.

Q. Can you give an insight into an average week of training for you?

A.
Mondays: Distance training usually a run, Tuesdays: More distance, also more specific like 1000m repeats, Wednesdays: Also distance, but more speed based- 500m repeats and on Thursdays: Speed work, ie: 300m or 200m repeats.

Q. Is this your first CARIFTA Games?

A.
No, it’s my second.

Q. What do you do when you’re not taking part in your Sport?

A.
Go to school, playing video games and occasional read.
