White competed in the A Division, White would finish second, he was nipped at the line by Brad Norton from Australia.
In a very close race, Norton was clocked at 1:14.56, White was clocked at 1:14.57.
Three Canadian riders rounded out the top five finishers all with the same time of 1:14.58.
