Elan and Elijah Daley took to the Etobicoke Olympium Pool to compete in the Gus Ryder Memorial Cup.
Elan Daley captured the Gold Medal while competing in the 400m Girls 13 - 14 years Freestyle Final, when she was clocked at 4:20.51. Her time broke the Age Group Record time of 4:32.75 set by Logan Watson-Brown on March 17th 2018 during the Best of Best Age Group Championships.
Daley also broke the Bermuda Open Record at the distance, the record was previously held by Vanessa Esposito who clocked 4:26.48 back on April 24th 2015 during the Festival par Equipe Section 1 event in Canada.
Elijah Daley competed in the 400m Boy’s 13 - 14 years Freestyle Final touching the wall in a time of 4:27.36 to finish in 9th place.
