Bermuda Born Jade Hannah and Elan Daley began competing at the 2019 Canadian Swimming Championships.
Hannah earned a second victory at the Meet.
The 17-year-old Hannah took the Women’s 100 LC Meter Backstroke touching the wall in a time of 1:00.19, she posted a time of 1:00.48 during the Women’s 100 LC Meter Backstroke Preliminaries which was the fastest time set.
Hannah also won the Women’s 200 LC Meter Backstroke clocking 2:11.50, this after recording the fastest Preliminary time of 2:12.70.
14-year-old Daley advanced to the Women’s 50 LC Meter Freestyle B Final when she clocked a Preliminary time of 26.96, in the Women’s 50 LC Meter Freestyle B Final, Daley finished 7th touching the wall in a time of 26.90.
Daley also advanced to the Women’s 200 LC Meter Freestyle B Final as well when she finished with the 16th fastest Preliminary time of 2:07.09.
