Elan Daley competed in the 2018 Hall of Fame Swim Meet hosted by Etobicoke Swim Club.
Daley competed in four events in the Girls 13 Year Old Age Group and stood on top of the podium each time, she would also break three Bermuda Records including a record that has stood for 19 years.
During the 100m Freestyle Final, Daley finished 1st touching the wall in a time of 57.11, Daley’s time would be faster than the record time in the Age Group by Madelyn Moore set back on March 21st 2015.
Daley also won the 100m Backstroke Final stopping the clock in a time of 1:04.91, which breaks Emma Harvey’s time set back on February 6th 2016.
A time of 34.26 during the 50m Breaststroke Final would see Daley break a 19 year old record set by Ashley Aitken back on June 1st 1999.
Daley would win the 50m Butterfly Final touching the wall in a time of 28.91.
