Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association (BASA) National coaches Richard Goodwin and Ben Smith were very pleased with the performance of Bermuda Swimmers taking part in the Christmas Swimming Camp going on at the BASA Pool.
BASA holds an annual Christmas Swimming Camp that combines hard training sessions in the pool with challenging work outside of the pool.
This year’s event attracted a number of swimmers who participated in different parts of the camp. Some train half days while others complete the entire daily program. The participants ranged from 10 years old to 19 years old and they all worked very hard in the sessions thus far.
