Warwick Academy comfortably won the 2016 Primary Schools Swim Meet at the National Sports Centre.
Warwick won the meet with a total of 242 points. Saltus Grammar School were a distant second with 169 followed by Somersfield Academy with 164. Warwick also won the Boys title with 136. Saltus again finished second with 89 and Somersfield Academy rounded out the top three with 80 points.
Bermuda High School won the Girls title with 109. They edged by Warwick on 106 and Somersfield Academy on 84.
Brooke Castree from Saltus won the Under 9 Girls Butterfly and Backstroke events. Marleigh Howes from Somersfield Academy also won double in the Under 9 Division with wins in the Breastroke and Freestyle races. Giada Dudley- Pun won the Over 10 Girls Butterfly, Backstroke and Individual Medley Events
Monty Hasting from Warwick Academy won the Under 10 Boys Butterfly and Breaststroke. Warwick's Harlan Watson-Brown was victorious in the over 10 Freestyle, Backstroke and Individual Medley
Multiple winners In the B races were Under 10 Celeste Candialo from Warwick Academy who won the Freestyle and Backstroke. Saltus' Connor Hupman won the Under 9 Boys Backstroke and Freestyle and Charlie Lightower won the Backstroke and Freestyle for Somersfield Academy in the over 10 Division.
